  7.  Important note to authors uploading MOD files into these open areas

  9.  Files uploaded here must not be direct sampled copies of copyrighted
  10.  material, you are, by placing MIDI files in this area, accepting full
  11.  responsibilty for this and also by doing so, accept to pay any legal fees
  12.  or awards that should be made against the sysop by any publishers etc.
  13.  It is important to note that uploaded files will also be deemed as
  14.  authorised for inclusion on any Compact disks that we may release.

  16.  Note that due to complicated copyrights regarding MIDI files, very little
  17.  will be found in here, please compose your *own* music, not copy others,
  18.  not only is it illegal, (plagerism), but is a sheer waste of your talent.
